It was never our mission to start a breakfast burrito truck--but it certainly has been our passion. Jensen and Sierra grew up eating flour tortillas on the west coast (Phoenix and NorCal respectively). When they first moved east (Indianapolis), it was clear that good tortillas and late night burritos were not a given. After moving to Seattle, then Sacramento, landing in Nashville, and selfishly wanting to eat good breakfast burritos, JMAS was born. We source tortillas from Caramelo tortillas which are made fresh with Sonoran flour and have the thin, chewy texture, that clouds and dreams are made of.
Our meat is sourced from local vendors and we spend time making sure that we serve the best products we can find.
